Willys wagon 1952 Description

A great opportunity to restore a Willys Wagon that overall is in pretty darn good shape. She's a 1952 4WD with a Mercedes 4 cyl diesel engine. The frame is solid, t runs strong,and it stops....having all new shoes and drum work all around. It has a new muffler, ll windows operate. Of course, or a vehicle this age, here are some rust issues, lthough minor....have to replace front floor pans, nd some holes are on the back deck, round wheel well, as fill surround,and a body mount should be replaced. Also an issue with a the bottom of the rear right panel, nd rocker panel...a couple of small holes around front right fender, nd around gutters. There are several small bondo patches.....overall body in good shape. It needs wiring for all lights, nd all gauges and speedo do not work. Rear bumper bent, ront bumper wood. Some of the glass is smoked at the bottom.....rear gate operates well both upper and lower. Maine is a no title state..but there may be a solution.

Here's the good part. I also have a rare L226 Super Hurricane flat 6 engine that comes with the deal...it has its own transmission and transfer case. Most Willys fans would kill to have this engine in a restoration. Use it or sell it to defray costs....its up to you. I also have a rolling chassis that you can have for some extra parts....comes with it if you want it.
