Beautiful Survivor. 1978 Oldsmobile Star Fire GT Totally unmolested, riginal. I am the 3rd owner. Originally a Florida car, araged kept all it's life. 231 V6, t, c, m Fm Radio, aleye wheels. Car sat about 5 years when I bought her. The following new: gas tank removed and professionally cleaned New fuel pump. New battery. New fuel filter. New radiator hoses and bypass hose New fuel hoses. New water pump. New belts. New plugs and wires New Air filter. New oil pressure switch. Carb professionally cleaned and overhauled. coolant flush. Engine pulled. New Valve Cover gaskets, ront cover gasket,manifold gaskets, ear main seal. Front trans seal. Front crank seal Also motor mounts were replaced. Note: Car has 49,000 miles, he Guy who did the heavy work told me the engine is super clean and that and the fact it runs so well, e is sure its original miles. It gets better, he car runs super good, o smoke, o knocks, o engine noise, rans shifts great. Brakes great, adio, ipers work. Have not found any rust, uper clean straight body, as a few small dents and scratches, ut looks great as Is. NOTE: dash perfect. Only needs: Exhaust, oud has holes in tail pipe. AC-Heater inop. Interior: Presentable but has rips in Lh seat bottom, eadliner sagging and some hatch trim needed. Choke or carb may need adjustment, f car sits over a week, as may have to be added to carb to get car to start easier. If it's started regularly, o problems Tires are old, hey look great and ride fine, ut tires MUST be replaced. They are 13 inch so very cheap. This car is very peppy and gets great gas mileage. Drive as is or put in a V8 and have a monster. Have original owners manual and Bill sheet and factory invoice. I have it registered as a collector car and you can too. Its super cheap and easy and no emissions needed.
