Ford Other Pickups 1951 Description
This truck actually belongs to my father-in-law and I am listing it for him. He got it last year and has decided to sell it because he is buying a house and could use the money! This truck is in GREAT condition and definitely is an attention getter!!The paint is very nice but as I stated there are some minor nicks from being driven. The flames are painted on and we were told that the paint is from Taylor's House of Color. The outer edges of the flames are hand pinstriped in blue! The interior is in GREAT shape!!The mileage shown is the actual miles since the restoration was done and could go up a little before it is sold!!The frame steering and suspension etc. are all original! Although my father-law did have NEW leaf springs put on the front. The truck does NOT have power steering or power brakes. The wheels were put on NEW last fall. The tires have less than 1000 miles on them. The fuel tank and battery are mounted in the bed as shown in the pictures. The engine is a 350 cu. in. small block Chevy and the transmission is a 350 Chevy with a Lokar shifter! The carburetor is an Edelbrock. It does have a Holley electric fuel pump and a fuel pressure gauge. It has a Walker radiator.Overall this is a VERY NICE truck!! PLEASE look at the pictures and if you have any questions PLEASE ask!!If it is something that I am not sure about I will ask my father-in-law. THANKS!!This truck is being sold AS-IS and I reserve the right to cancel any bids and end the auction early if the reserve is NOT met because the truck is also for sale locally!! I will NOT end the auction early once the reserve is met!!There is a $1000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due within 24 hours of the auction ending. The balance is due within 7 days of the auction ending. The truck must be picked up within 7 days of the auction ending unless other arrangements are made. But as stated the truck must be PAID in full within 7 days!!NO Shipping unless buyer makes all arrangements and pays for it!! We will help in any way we can!!
