Chevrolet Camaro 1972 Description

This is an authentic Z28. It's a 1972. factory 4 spd manual car with it's original motor. The motor has been verified to be it's numbers matching engine. Shows VIN "150062" on the block stamp pad and also shows "CKS" on the block. next to the vin. ENGINE RUNS STRONG. Rebuilt by a local mechanic. Excellent oil pressure. compression. etc. Motor rebuilt the end of last year(Nov. 2014). Runs but does not drive because the transmission is not correct and is not hooked up. 3 speed in there now. The heads are original to the motor. The aluminum intake manifold is believed to be original to the car. The carb is not original (has Holley 4 barrel). I don't have the original carb. Cowl Tag is in place (see info below). I've spent some time around it and underneath and its's as solid as you can hope to find. Quarter's. floor. trunk floor. doors. everything is in rock solid condition. Has only some surface rust underneath and it might need a lower patch panel in the passenger side rear quarter but maybe not. It's Previous owner stored this car on pavement. in his garage. for many years. Has new carpet in it. Dashboard is dissasembled. Gauges broke when removed but I still have them. Comes with extra set of gauges from a 77 car. Got some of the dash. not all of it. The rear end is believed to be original to the car. This car came from the factory silver with black ralleye stripes and black interior. It is now in primer. The car's body lines and panel fitment are nice. SERIOUS iNQUIRIES ONLY. NO LOW BALLERS.
