Studebaker Coupe 1953 Description
1953 Studebaker coupe street rod. Car originally built in Los Angeles, spent most of its life in Palm Springs- no rust ever. Build includes 383 cid Chevy engine with mild cam, Edlebrock carb, Petronics, shorty headers, Vortec heads. Powder coated black accessories, Air cond (never charged, but installed, 4 core radiator, Corvette power master cyl, front disc brakes. Rack and Pinyon power steering, tubular control arms,Street Rod Engineering cross member, Vintage Wheel Works wheels, Ford 8" rear 3.50 gears w/ Trac-loc. 700r4 trans prof rebuilt for torque, w/lock up converter, B&M shifter. Interior has TPI Tech guages, Dakota Digital shift ind, EZ wire harness, Flaming River column, elec windows, JVC stereo, upholstery by Juarez upholstery in San Jacinto, Ca. Paint is owner applied, driver quality, chrome new at time of build,has 2 small dents in left rear fender, see last photo.
