Pontiac Firebird 1979 Description
1979 Pontiac Trans Am. This Car is in Beautiful Condition.. I will First say that the ONLY reason its being sold is because I was able to purchase a 1968 Mustang Fastback and I need the room.I bought this car out of a Collectors Collection in Richmond VA. She was originally purchased in 1978 at King Pontiac in NY.. She has absolutely no rust and is in Pristine condition. There are a couple of minor paint defects as seen in pictures but nothing bad.
I have all the paperwork for this car, from the original invoice to the maintenance records dated all the way up to present. I have a Binder that is 2 inches thick documenting this car its entire life. It is a 301 car. this is why its not 30K plus. I planned to put a 455 in it but there is now way I want to mess with this car.. Its that nice. and the 301 moves out real nice. AC works great and it drive like a Brand New 79 trans Am. No rattles, no leaks, the weather strips are like new..It truly is beautiful I wish I could keep it.. I'm not sure what else to say .. Please contact me with Questions. coreymoransr@gmail.com . I will answer all your questions. I will ship this car anywhere you want.. I have a low reserve and will not take Stupid offers. My Insurance Company came out and appraised it for 21K and that's what its insured for. . You will LOVE THIS CAR! I do!! If it does not sel, it will be going across the block at the next Meccum or Barrett-Jackson Auction.. I'm trying this first to save a few bucks.
Sorry, The front pictures were taken in the sun with tree shadows so it looks goofy... here is a link to many many more pictures.

Please let me know if you want more pictures ( or having problems viewing them) or any more information.. I'm about to list the car at a local museum as well so I reserve the right to stop this auction if it sells locally. Thanks for your time.. Have a great Day!-Corey
Not sure which previous owner put the 6.6 decal on the shaker but it never bothered me so i left it. The missing lugnut was replaced with a new one.
