1978 Trans Am 400 4 speed . Number Matching Motor and Transmission. Air conditioning and tilt wheel . The car runs and lot drives . I have not done a PHS on this car . You can see where its had striping in some areas . I will try to get a PHS to see if its a SE . Body The carhasnice clean rails and trunk floor and the panel under the rear bumper is rust free as well . The ttops leaked and it has rust in the floor pans and in the lower quarters . It has some rust in the passenger side lower door jamb and rocker. Couple spots in the lower front fenders and in the trunk lid itself . Its a great car to restore . It has some pitting in the area you see painted black . Interior . I have the other lower seat and some other misc parts .Some of the gaugeswork I haven't ran the car a whole lot . the pictures show it needs redone but I believe is mostly there . Drive train The Original matching numbersmatchingmotor is out of the car and comes with it . It has a good running 454 in it right now . The transmission seams to shift good and works in all gears . The car doesn't have exhaust on it or the power stearing hooked up . I was told the original motor had a head gasket leaking .
