Pontiac Fiero 1986 Description
(can also use this youtube link: https://youtu.be/9C56QhvB9aE )Please see video! This car is so much fun, simply selling to make room as I have other toys on-their-way :)
The SE is lighter than the GT, this one was reliably bored-out from 2.6L to 2.8L!
Don't be turned-off by the mileage, a nice Korean lady owned the car before me (pre-2014), she spent thousands on rebuilt trans/engine/etc at ~145,000 miles. I'd drive this car across the country if desired.
Last several months I spent ~$2,000 (I have all my receipts from 2014 to today) from Tapps Garage (renowned shop for american cars) going through the whole car making it mechanically sound. Also, recent full alignment, change all fluids plus two new rear tires. New battery & battery tender.
I easily spent about $5,000 on the car since 2014. No leaks, Never overheats, super fun and drives like a go-cart with many tasteful performance mods. Lots of torque and smooth highway driving. A/C blows cold, Updated clear headlights, Performance exhaust sounds mean & clean.
Car Toys stereo (w/receipts) over $1,000 spent. 3 keys, one remote.
Issues that I know of: Driver's seat bolster wear, Headliner is coming loose in some spots, black body trim pieces showing "patina/discoloring", tail light covers getting milky/peeling, yet another one of my windshields recently cracked (dang colorado highways). Sometimes the remote doesn't unlock doors fully (had it fixed before but it seems every couple years the lock actuators needs lube). I would've gotten these things fixed on this Fiero (and also the minor niggles on my BMW, which is also on ebay now) but need to quickly make some room in the garage LOL! Funny how fixes are a relatively small cost on this car vs something like my Ferrari F355 shown in that last pic (my Ferrari's F1 pump was hilariously a $12,000 part, I'm an IT-guy not an auto mechanic so my cars are running very well without the need for the next owner to necessarily be car-savvy (so you can just reliably get-in-and-drive once you receive the car)).
Vehicle sold as-is, $500 paypal deposit due within 24hrs, full payment due within 7 days. Wire transfer preferred then I can overnight the title (plus a set of keys, leaving a set for the car transport), else a cashier's check will need to clear before I release vehicle.
Thanks for viewing my auction and God Bless!
