1966 gto 4 speed. This car was bought in 1991 by the gentleman who's wife we bought it from. He bought it with intentions of having it restored right away. He took it to a body shop near detroit and soon realized they could not deliver on what they had promised. He delt with them for a while and then pulled his car from them after they had it for quite some time and accomplished almost no work on it. He then became very busy and the GTO got pushed to the side. Years later he decided it was time to finally get the old girl restored to her former glory. He found the right man for the job and told him to get it done and make sure it's done right. The metal on the car is believed to be all original, o they started with a great base. The engine is a 400 out of a 71 grand prix, nd thats mated up to a 4 speed manual transmission. The car features air conditioning, ower steering, nd power front disc brakes. This car was finished 4 years ago, nd clearly no expense was spared on it at all. He got the chance to enjoy the car for 1 year before he passed away. The car has less than 2000 miles on it total since restoration. The car was loved very dearly and very well taken care of.
