Pontiac Firebird 1984 Description

This car has been an occasional driver over the past 5 years or so, with out getting very many miles on it since the paint and several other things were done to it. Since the work was done the car has only had less than 6K miles put on it.The odometer shows 9600+ miles and this exceeds the mechanical limits of the odometer, but shouldread 109,000 and change.The car had a new clutch, pressure plate throw out bearing and fly wheel re-surfaced and brake pads installed in the front. The car was repainted in a base coat/ clear coat after some of the mechanical work was done. The car was fitted with Trans Am fenders, hood,ground effects and tinted T/A taillights. The car was then driven for a short time and the carburetor was rebuilt, and the exhaust was replaced from the cat backthen comes out as duel. The car runs a 2.8 liter 5 speedThe clutch fan was also replaced recently and a rear axel seal. The rear brakes were replaced also at that time. The interior is pretty much original with new seat covers over front seats, the drivers seat shows some wear in the usual place. The passenger seat is in good condition with no rips or tears. The center console lid needs to be replaced. The headliner was replaced and needs to be re-bonded. There is a new dash mat and it is held down by the new speakers mounted in the dash in the original factory location. There are also new speakers mounted in the rear sail panel and a new head unit with remote. The stereo components are all Sony. There were all new bulbs replaced in the dash and it all lights up nicely. The windshield was replaced. The car gets looks everywhere it goes with its paint and custom painted to match snow flake wheels, wider WS6 in the rear. This car has been well taken care of, always parked away from the door dingers, so no door dings or rock chips, alwayshand washed and it is in very nice condition.
