Pontiac Grand Prix 1974 Description

1974 Pontiac Grand Prix One Owner 36K All Original Rebuilt 400 Buckets Console

If a 1974 Grand Prix is what you're looking for, you won't find a more original example with such low mileage and in near perfect condition. The original paint still shines, the original interior is impeccable, the original vinyl top is all intact and the undercarriage and body are rust free. The original 400 motor was just completely rebuilt at a cost of $5,844 (I have the invoice) and she starts, shifts, runs, stops and handles like a brand new Grand Prix off the showroom floor. She's not a perfect trailer queen, but would bring lots of attention at your local car shows. The factory air, stereo, power windows and other amenities function properly and the only flaw I could find was the clock, which only tells the correct time twice a day. It has the original rally wheels, bucket seats and stylish console. It's a great car with plenty of prominence and, as they say, it's only original once. If you want more information, just call me (Tom) at 313-805-4265 or call Peder at 313-729-3681. I have the 4"X8" title which is clear and signed over by the owner.
Please keep in mind that this is a no-reserve auction and your bid is a legally binding agreement to purchase the car. I've had a couple of curmudgeons in the past who either wanted to negotiate after the sale or expected a Barrett-Jackson trailer queen, so please ask any and all questions before considering a bid. Also, I encourage inspections of the car and feel free to look closely at the 20 pictures that I've posted to ensure that you're satisfied with your bid. It really nice, original Grand Prix with low mileage at a great price, but it nearly half a century old and needs to be loved and cared for just like the original owner did over the past 43 years.

Regarding payment... I expect a $1000 deposit via Paypal within 24 hours of the sale and the balance paid in cash,CLEAREDcertified check or Paypal within 3 days with no exceptions. If you are flying into Detroit Metropolitan Airport to pick her up and drive her home, I'll be happy to meet you there and drive you to the Grand Prix (only a 20 minute ride). Also, I'll be happy to assist with the pickup and loading of the car if you're having it shipped, but the buyer is responsible for all expenses. Thank you and good luck during the auction.
