Pontiac Other 1955 Description
This is my slightly custom 1955 Pontiac Safari wagon. It is powered by a Pontiac 400 with a Muncie 4-speed. This car is sitting on Pontiac rallies with Goodyear Eagle GTII tires. All brand new suspension. The sway bar is out of a 1987 Iroc Z28 for handling corners. Has 3 inch drop springs. Brand new leaf springs with all brand new bushings. Brand new break lines. wheel cylinders. and master cylinder. Lemans bucket and counsel for upholstery. There is an aftermarket A/C in it. It does need charged but works. Also has a tilt steering column. The exterior paint is PPG white with a Cadillac pearl. The blue is PPG baby blue. The emblem on the door panels were hand painted by a local artist named Shannon Block. With a few very minor touches could be driven daily across the US. Would prefer this beauty of mine to go to a home that will keep the body and the feel of this car as originally noticeable as possible. There has been a lot of money and planning in the design of my car. A very rare car that will turn heads where ever you go.
