Plymouth GTX 1968 Description
For sale: 1968 Plymouth GTX 440 with factory air conditioning and an automatic transmission. It has 156,000 original miles on the car. It is in great condition. Has always been stored indoors in California. The original paint is in really good condition for its age with only a few minor scratches. The original matching 440 motor was removed at 115,000 miles and set aside. That motor comes with the car. The motor that is in the car now is a custom built 383. The car currently has an aftermarket radiator, ir cleaner, heels, nd exhaust system. I have the original radiator, ir cleaner and exhaust headers and they will also come with the car. The wheels are Crager S/S wheels. The interior of glove box has been modified with an installed 8 track player. There is no major damage to the car and there has been no accidents. The one body blemish is on the rear of the deck lid where my Aunt backed into another car in a parking lot back in the 70's and put a small dent in the deck lid and the trim piece. The car comes with the build sheet from inside the rear seat as well as hand written records of every little bit of maintenance, djustment, nd repair done to the car since 1969. Also comes with the original factory service manual. The 2nd owner (my uncle) started the records in 69' with 13,000 miles on the car. He was an engineer who took extremely good care of this car until he passed away a few years back. He even kept records of how much and when he fueled the car. This car is in excellent condition for it's age. Payment can be cash or a wire transfer. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Thanks!
