Plymouth Other 1937 Description
1937 Plymouth coupe, all steel, most all original except engine, driveline, trans. The interior is not finished, does have a new bench seat, second skin sound deadner and barrier. I have a new headliner for it with bows. I have material to finish inside I will include. I also have new interior handles for it. It has a/c from vintage air, am/fm/cd/etc radio, no speakers yet. You can't see them in the pictures they are in the glove box. Gauges are by classical instruments with gps speedo. Ididit steering column. All new glass and seals from steele rubber. 4 disc wilwood brakes manual with e-brake. Clutch is a dual disk from Mcleod good for 850 horses. Tires in rear are 295/50/15, front 215/60/15 B.F. Goodrich. Rear end is by dutchman axles from Idaho. Fab 9 style housing, ford 9" posi rear 411 gear, 35 spline axles. Trans is a Tremic TKO 600 5 sp upgraded to handle 700 plus horses.Engine is a blueprint engine custom built. SBC 400 stroked dart block, eagle forged crank with eagle forged rods, forged mahle flat top pistions, isky cam (aggresive), no vaccum. Isky solid roller lifters, T&D shaft rolller rockers, dual quad tunnel ram, custom mutli port fuel injection, ARF heads, 10.5 compression, uses pumped gas. Around 650 horses.Frame is orginal boxed, powder coated, x-member removed, mustang II front end (power), CA Chasisworks (Calif) canton 4-link coil over rear. Mini tubbed see pic. To much to list.. Color is a midnight blue pearl with custom grey pearl with blue pearl. Pictures were taken at sunrise during a car show in this summer. The car overall is 9 out of 10 with a few things still need to be done, doors need seals, I have top and bottom of doors which is what they used in the orginal but I think you would rather do the whole door. Some paint came, in the door jam area (can't really notice, easy touchup) off during unmasking. I didn't think it was a big matter. I built this car to drive and have fun. There are a few scratches from driving it to some car shows Bumpers, grill ordiment, and others have been rechromed. Over 60k invested. Pictures somehow are upside down, tried to fix but couldn't. Only will sell to US buyers. Any question feel free email.
