1970 Oldsmobile SX convertible for sale
This VERY Rare one of Aprox 700 made in 1970 comes with its original matching 455 2 barrel engine.The engine has been completly rebuilt as well as the non match 400 turbo 400 transmission. I purchased this car aprox 8 years ago from the 2nd owner who owned it 20 plus years . When i got the car it was in need of a total restoratio, o here is a break down of what was done as soon as i bought it .The car as all original sheet metal except for the trunk that has been replaced.The car was taken off the frame only in the rear then was totally taken apart .The car was repainted to match the original color as well as all interio, top emblems ect replaced .The car comes with a very rare Duel gate shifter .I say rare because it came with a 2 barrel {more then likely a factory order} .Air cond has been redone and currently needs a charge .All bushings have been replace as well as new tires .The Chrome was redone where needed .This is not a trailer Queen its clearly a very good quality complete driver restoration .I have invested well over 30 k to preserve this" Gentlemen 442" the term that was used in 1970 to get lower insurance rates .Please feel free to call if you need questions answered .I really want this car to go to the right house .
