Oldsmobile Toronado 1966 Description

This car is originally an Arizona car and I have the protecto-plate to prove it.
Also have owners manual, riginal brochure and salesman's business card.
All original except for paint and normal service items.

Radio is a repro to fit in original spot and works-has aux input too-decent speakers in original location-single front and rear.
Tires were custom ordered from Diamondback-mats custom repros.
Has original A/C compressor converted to R134a-see pic with new condenser-blows cold.
Runs and drives great-In drove back from Wisconsin a year ago.Had a bad oil leak from manifold to block-I replaced all related gaskets including valve covers-there is still some residual oil in undercarriage photos...
I took a trophy at Atco and Tabernacle-local shows...always the only Toro at the show...I just drove the car today 8/16/15 and she is running great!
Will consider interesting trades-I like Firebirds from the early 70's!!!

I am happy to answer questions-please be respectful-I have been working on cars for 40 years and will do my best to give an honest and educated answer/opinion these 425 Olds Engines and Turbo 425 transmissions are bulletproof if properly maintained.

This car makes no strange noises and pulls hard-sounds awesome with flowmaster muffler and glasspack resonators-see the video! It ran a low 16 at the strip with no traction at launch-would be high 15 car with some practice...
