Up for auction is an impressive un-restored original Oldsmobile. This is possibly one of the top-ten original Oldsmobile “Patio-Roofs” in existence today.

This stunning car has travelled just 11,463 miles since production in mid 1959. It even has its original muffler in place dated 7-59.

The car runs beautifully, rives virtually without rattles, nd all systems operate as they should.

Options include air conditioning, ower windows, ower seat, utronic Eye, runk release, nd Wonderbar signal-seeking radio with foot control. It originally came with a Posi-Traction rear differential; this has been replaced with a conventional one at some point.

A Transportable Radio comes with the car…these were not available with the Wonderbar radio, hus this one comes without the mounting bracket in the glovebox. The Transportable plays very well, nd is a great “wow” feature; using regular batteries.

The car has been stored properly during my ownership and maintained as needed. There is detailed documentation of the work done to the car since I have owned it.

If the new owner plans on long drives or touring, new set of US Royal 9.50 x 14s should be installed.

In actual use it changes from GREEN to ORANGE to RED

The lucky new owner will get all original documentation which I received in 2006, ncluding the Models-Features-Facts and Color and Fabric Albums. Also included are all 5 original tires and rims, ransportable radio, he 30,000 mile Warranty, nd other pertinent documentation.

This car is not perfect. This is an original car; not restored to today’s high restoration levels.

Here is a production automobile with low miles: driven on dry Colorado & California roads and highways.

Although obviously cared for since day one; it has some minor paint issues, nd the headliner has some small blemishes/indentations. Also, ome fluids drip when the carhas sat for a few months. Most of the chrome on the car can be described as excellent; with some pieces having tiny wear.

Included is a notarized statement from the original owner’s step-daughter (dated 1992) attesting to one-owner and mileage (up to this time).

Further information will be provided, ncluding photos of certain parts of the car if a buyer is serious.

Please come to San Luis Obipso, alifornia and experience the car for yourself. If you cannot, nd an appraisal is requested, will work with them.

A clear title is held by me, nd available to the new owner upon full payment.
