Oldsmobile 442 1967 Description
I have this 1967 oldsmobile 442 w30 with a 3 spd hurst shifter pontiac 400 v8 with a rare factory tri power carb set up. This car was bought at rainbow oldsmobile in Framingham Mass by a guy that only owned the car for a month and his wife made him sell to his cousin who I got the car from. I have never registered the car so if will only show 1 owner or maybe 2 but thats it. The car was special ordered with the tri power and red inner fender wells and the 3 spd manual transmission pretty rare package. the Car was painted once and a dual exhaust and one motor rebuild in its life time. It was stored mostly inside but the concrete floor in the basement of the house it was stored in was wet so the car needs floor front and back and the trunk is gone as well just on the inside. The frame is scally but not broke . The engine compartment is actually in good shape and for the most part the outside of the body is solid except near the rear window theres some holes and the front of the hood has some issues were the moulding attaches. The interior is intact but needs most everything but the seat cushions and gauges are in good shape for the year. The tranny shifts and the motor turns over but the car does not run I never got it to that point. I have the original cutlass supreme owners manual and the original transfer of ownership for the car. The guy I got the car from said the car ran just under 12 seconds at a local track when he would go on weekends and ran out 2nd gear at 90 mph. I had big plans for the car but I have a major lack of time. I can provide a new tranferable registration for the car at the buyers expense (150.00 average price) 95 of all us state except this transferable ownership. This car is a project but has alot of potential to be a very fun and very valuable car and a RARE package to boot . Good luck bidding
