Mercury Monterey 1956 Description

This is a gorgeous custom hybrid of a 1995 Thunderbird chassis, owertrain, nterior and systems overlaid with sheet metal exterior (except roof) from a 1956 Mercury. The build of this car was done in California in the 1990s and is of particularly high quality metalwork. The car retains all of the systems of the 1995 Thunderbird, ncluding a 4.6L modular fuel injected engine, utomatic transmission (floor/console shift), ower steering, ower disc brakes, ower windows and seats. There is also cruise control, nd power trunk and fuel door release. Currently, he speedometer is not working but mileage by the previous owner was estimated at 84,000. Additionally, he cruise control just recently stopped working, ut may only be a fuse. The car has been well maintained and turns heads and receives favorable comments wherever it goes. It has been garaged continuously until the last two weeks where it has been covered by an all-weather cover which is included. It's been nicknamed the "CREAMSICLE" because of it's orange and white cream color.
