Mercury Marauder 1965 Description

1965 Mercury Montclair Marauder. 99% complete and original, inus top end of motor (available and will include if car sells for more than $3500). Original block still in car but is frozen. Has chrome oil pan. Trans appears original and fluid does not smell burnt. Some rust where you would expect in the rear quarters (see photos) but floors and frame are good. All glass is good, indows roll up and down and the doors close with a good solid thunk. Still mostly in original paint. Original hubcaps (not shown) are inluded as is the remains of the original owners manual. Has a rear hitch intalled. No carpet, ome seatbelts. Clear WA title. Great start for a restoration or make a real cool race car. The chrome trim on this car which is in good to excellent condition for being 50 years old original stuff, ard to,price because you can't find it for sale. No reserve on this rare original barn find!
NOTE: OD says 31,000 miles. I have no idea if those are actual miles, ut I would assume it is 131,000 miles. No box checked on title. I have never driven the car. I purchased it as a parts car for my 1965 Mercury Park Lane convertible that does not have an original motor. Most the exhaust is cut out, till has the x pipe. Like I said, have the entire original stuff for this motor, eads, xhaust manifolds, rackets, crews, S pump,,etc. Original carb still has the tag on it and all that will be included if the car sells for $3000 or more.
