Jeep Beautiful Cypress Wood Bodied Jeep “Woody’s” 1960 Description
This auction is for a one-of-a-kind, award winning, wood bodied Jeep that was hand built by my father. He found an abandoned 1960 Willy’s Jeep on a ranch in Porter, Texas and applied his wood working talents to create a unique “art car” for car shows. The cypress wood body was designed from scratch and is comprised of hundreds of individually cut pieces that have been sealed with polyurethane. The Jeep, nicknamed “Woody’s” instead of Willy’s, runs and drives, but is mainly intended for trailering to car show events. It has good tires and new brakes. The engine and drivetrain are original and painted gloss black. The photos show the high quality of the woodwork.
The Jeep comes with a bonded Texas title and is located in Shepherd, Texas. Vehicle is purchased as-is, where-is, with no warranty implied. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Thanks for looking at our Jeep.
