Jeep Cherokee 1979 Description

Bought this jeep with a package of other jeeps. Last tag on it is from 98. Changed the oil, Put a new carb on it and it fired up. It is currently running off a 2 liter. Fuel tanks need drained and cleaned.
Filled the trans to level and it moves. Pressed the brake pedal and it stopped.
Obviously needs some work. But is pretty cool and rare. Not too many 2 door cherokees left. It does have rust. But considering it's from the north it's in pretty dang good shape.
Has the 360 turbo 400 quadratrac with low range. Another cool feature is the reservoir gas tanks.
The 360 does have a tick from the front of the motor. I think it's the fuel pump. But does run and Rev up nice. Has headers and some chrome valve covers. Radiator has a leak but can be repaired.
Tires are pretty shot.
This thing is pretty much you get what you see. Will drive onto your trailer with ease. Or load onto a shipper.
Interior needs help. The keys are missing and somebody broke the column. But the seats and side panels are in pretty decent shape.
You could do a once over and patch a couple holes in the floor and be in the trails wheeling around in no time.
Low reserve. Be serious about bidding on it. It's a resto project that will require skill and tools. Do not show up expecting a road worthy jeep or send me a message saying your wife says no after you have won it.
So before you bid check with your bank account and wife.
