The Story:
This Jeep was purchased bone stock by a neighbor (52yrs old) of mine from an elderly friend (they did the body damage). He proceeded to dump a ton of money, parts and time into it, then just drove it around town, never off road. I (48 yrs old)bought it over a year ago, have maybe put 900 miles on it around town and again, never in 4WD (look at skid plate photo) except to get up my driveway in the snow. I hate to sell thisjeep but we are buying a house so some of the toys must go. This Cherokee starts, runs, and drives excellent in every way, tracks dead straight at 65mph, has been 100% reliable, always starts right up no matter how long I let it sit. Thisjeep is also 100% rust free, we do not use salt here (see underside photos) and it's a very dry climate. Bid to win, this is an awesome little rig and I will miss it.

Options and Equipment:
Has a very strong running, high output 4.0 engine, automatic transmission, the non smoking gray cloth interior is near immaculate,has ice cold AC, heat, Pioneer (I have a remote somewhere) AM/FM/CD, cruise (inop) tilt wheel etc. Has a 4 inch lift kit, all suspension no spacers, custom front/rear heavy duty bumpers, shackle mounts, Engo 9000 winch, big Bushwacker fender flares, rims, 33/12.5/15 Wild Country MTX mud tires with 90% tread, full size spare tire with matching rim, receiver hitch etc.

Please note: My cross bars, roof rack and rocket box are not included with this Jeep. I do have another very nice roof rack basket I will include with the Jeep, I may also have some more cross bars.

In the last year I had a full safety inspection, I won't put my wife and kids in anything until I know it's right and safe:

Replaced the entire cooling system, new radiator, water pump, thermostat and all hoses.

Brakes are 80% or better.

Installed a new windshield.

Had the valve cover and oil filter o-ring resealed.

Synthetic oil/filter change, added a washable K&N air cleaner, checked all fluids etc.

Just installed a new muffler and "test pipe" there is no cat on this Jeep. Check your local emission laws, we don't have any smog testing here at all (high altitude) and I am not responsible for any silly laws your state might impose on a vehicle this old.
Though in excellent overall condition for its age, this is a used 25 year old Jeep and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback.
Other than a small very light stain on the passenger's seat bottom and maybe a little wear in the front carpet, the interior is in amazing condition for its age (see photos)

The dark tint on the rear 3 windows is all bubbled up, just haven't had time to remove it (see photos)

All the gauges work great but the speedo takes a few minutes to warm up and kick on.

There is some road chipping on the nose, a little surface rust on the front bumper, a small dent/damage on the lower driver's door, the passenger door/rocker rail, and scratches on the rear pass. quarter panel (see photos) again, this is elderly previous owner damage, not off road.

The transfer case lever squeaks in cab while driving, move it a hair and it stops, (needs some WD40) silly but bugs me.

This Jeep does have cruise, it does not work and I have never had it looked at it. With these big 33" tires, if you run this rig hard up a long mountain grade on a 95 degree day with the AC on it will get a little warm, a common Cherokee issue.

There are some "normal wear and tear" chips, scratches but nothing that warrants further photos.
