Jeep Wagoneer 1989 Description
This is a "turn key", get in and drive it away 1989 Jeep Grand Wagoneer that just received an extensive mechanical overhaul. I have been driving it to and from work for the past 2 weeks and it is an absolute pleasure. Starts with a click of the key and rides almost as smooth as my other late model Jeep. Engine idles smooth with a crisp throttle response. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this truck to California and back!
Interior is immaculate and seats show very little wear. The black exterior with beige interior is absolutely stunning.
This is truck that wont last. Thousands of dollars were spent on parts to make this truck as reliable as possible. However it is a 1989 and can not say that there are zero flaws. Sunroof works intermittently ( I do not recommend using it. It does not leak and I would avoid usage to keep it that way), exterior chrome and bumpers show reasonable wear and light scratches and paint is not 100% original with some small blemishes that are only visible on close inspection.
Motor was removed, inspected and upgraded with an Edlebrock aluminum intake, Edlebrock carb, MSD billet distributor and MSD ignition box. A new timing chain set, oil pump and oil pan gasket were also installed during removal.
