Jeep Wrangler 1992 Description
In the title I said BEST JEEP I HAVE EVER OWNED. So WHY am I selling after buying it 3 weeks ago? ONLY reason I am headed back to New York City for my radio gig. Just not practical. With the snow it would be extremely practical but it’s in too good a shape and I am sure it will get chewed up and spit out in New York City.
I LOVE it and I cringe thinking it has to go. I had no idea how much fun a lifted Jeep would be, ven got my wife to LOVE it. You see over everything, VERYTHING. Sure it rides a little rough but SO WHAT. Surprisingly it does NOT wander. You do feel the bumps!!!!
It is lifted 8inches and is the Renegade model which has a lot LOT of cool stuff on it. Leather steering wheel, ery nice doors with, am sure it’s vinyl, UT check out the doors. And check out the wheel extensions and integrated bumper. Check out the engine detailing, OW. I could NOT believe this Jeep when I test drove it 5 weeks ago and was EXTREMELY lucky to pick it up locally here in Arizona. SERIOUS I LOVE this JEEP. I have owned 2 others and this one RULES!!!!
The guy the sold it to me and the previous owner to him restored it. I mean look at it, t’s AMAZING. I should get a compession test because it drives much better than the 177k miles indicate and I wanted to but I am headed to NYC. But the engine is great but again no idea if some work or no work was done to the engine. New seats, ard top perfect, WESOME near new tires. Paint is really nice but does show some rock chips but MOST buffed out to extremely presentable condition.
Since I had it the 3 weeks I did do a few things having NO idea I would be relocating. I bought a $305 oversized tire rack, ot yet put on from Bestop. NOT the cheep ones you car buy that stress the cargo door and bend it. Also a new rim, oes not match the set of 4 rims but can be used as a spare. YES, did get a new tire for the rim and it is comparable but less in price than the matching set of 4 on the Jeep. Again it’s a spare but the rim and tire were $280 combine. So add $305 and $280 and I spent $580 off the bat. Plus the read deck key seems warn and probably can’t be rekeyed so I ordered 2 lock and key, ave not received yet but insignificant money on that at $12.00. So, ust looking to HOPEFULLY recover some of the $580 and reselling it.
TOTAL and complete bummer but the career comes first and who can resist living in New York City. If you keep in touch with me and I ever move back to the west coast, it me up and I will probably buy it back from you.
