Jeep CJ 1981 Description

This is a very well built CJ. It started out as CJ-7 was stretched to a bobbed scrambler frame, that was custom made to use TJ coil springs that are damped by Sway Away shocks. The 4bt Cummins is backed by a 5 speed transmission from a 92 dodge cummins pickup, I put a magnum doubler box between it and the 205 transfer case. It uses Tom Woods 1350 drivelines front and rear. The front dana 60 is helped to steer by a psc ram assist and traction is aided by 4.56 gears and a detroit locker. The rear 14 bolt also has a detroit locker. The jeep rolls on 37 good year military tires. To complement the custom dash and digital gauges, is a set of Mastercraft heated seats. Along with a cb radio, and hi-lift jack, there is a toolbox behind the seat with many extra parts. The body, along with the 6 point, tied to the frame roll cage, is powder coated. Up front there is a 9000lb ramsey winch with synthetic rope and a pair of LED lights. There is a set of soft uppers for the doors also, not in pics. The engine has a set of 40 horse injectors and a better turbo.
