GMC Jimmy 1970 Description

Original 1970 GMC Jimmy, his is a factory built Jimmy not a K5 Blazer conversion. This Jimmy is in beautiful condition as shown, just took the pictures this week. It took a couple years to restore and it was a good driver to begin with. Very straight and clean plus All the body panels, loors, nd frame are original. This Jimmy is Rust FREE. Painted in Hugger Orange including all the jams and it was at the paint shop for 6 months. Many many hours spent block sanding, his is a show quality paintjob and too much was spent getting it done right.
350ci V8 engine with TH400 automatic transmission both rebuilt. NP207 transfer case. Dana 44 front with aGM 12 bolt rear axle. 6 inch Super Lift all spring no blocks. Brand new 35" BF Goodrich KM2 Mud Terrain tires. Fully rewired from front to back with a completePainless wiring kit. All the lights were repalced with LED lighting including the marker lights. Replaced the entire braking system including the master, ooster,drums, iscs, otors, ads, nd lines. Replaced all the body bushings. The exhaust was upgraded front to back with Hooker headers, nd 2 1/2" to dual Magnaflow mufflers. Upgraded gas tank that cannot rust. New fuel pump and starter.
The entire insidewas done with Line-X so it can not rust. New chrome dash with all new gauges. 6 Point custom roll cage to make it safe for passengers. It can easily be unbolted if you choose. Best-Top fullSafari soft top convertible in perfect condition. Sony MP3 CD player with Rockford Fosgate speakers, mp, nd sub. This Jimmy has had countless hours and thousands ofdollars spent on bringing it to this level. I'm sure I forgot some of the upgrades and improvements. It needs nothing to drivedaily right now. Starts right up and it runs strong and cool. No smoke or leaks and it needs nothing done to it.
Clean California title with registration through 2016. I have taken over 100 photos and a few videos to show it thoroughly. The new owner will be very happy with this Jimmy.
