Ford F-350 1953 Description
1953 Ford F350 This is a 1953 Ford F350 with. 9' Express bed that dumps. I purchased this truck out of Canada, it had sat for approx 35 years. I had to install a rebuilt Flathead motor in as the motor was stuck. I have gone from the front bumper to the rear bumper. I have put over $17,500 in this truck. It is a cool truck that runs great comfortable speed is around 45-55 mph. I took it on the highway to work and did go a little faster but it really is not a highway truck. I do have the original flathead that came out of it, you can have it if you like. Every wire has been replaced from front to back, all the mechanicals have been redone. All new tires tubes and flaps. New brakes, the list goes on and on.The only issue it has one cylinder leaking for the bed dump, only leaks when you pick the bed up. Once the bed is up it stops leaking, no drifting of the bed. The bed goes up flawless, and quite. I would feel comfortable driving this truck cross country just would take awhileAny questions please ask.. I am selling the truck to complete the build of a 1932 Ford.On Jul-10-17 at 19:19:34 PDT, seller added the following information:

I wire wheeled and flap disc a couple of the other frames and put POR 15 on them. They all still had a rough finish, scaling. This frame is clean and smooth, if I took a scrub pad to it I could get it like brand new steel. You can see that there is still green paint on the dump frame unit. I was told that they don't use salt in the area of Canada that this truck came from. Might be a reason, it also sat in a barn for the 35 years prior to my purchase in 2016.
I have a Hot Rod 1956 Chevy Pickup that is all done and I get more compliments and thumbs up with this truck.
