Video will open in a new window
[isdntekvideo]Up for auction is a 1968 GT350/Eleanor restomod.
This car started its life at a REAL 1968 Fastback GT (not a chopped up coupe conversion like 1/3 of the "fastbacks" on Ebay - yes these are gettingharder and harder to find and the value has gone up year after year.)
I purchased this car about 2 years ago and have over $25,000 in receipts which will be included.
I am only selling it due to the upcoming birth of a new child and sadly Ebay will not let me sell the child.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Q: Why are you selling the car?A: I have a new child on the way. That's it. I love this car.
Q: Do you have a Marni report?A: Nope, sorry.
Q: Was the car ever in any accidents?A: Not since I have owned it and not to my knowledge.
Q: Do all the lights, windows, turn signals, locks etc work?A: Yep, everything works as it should.
Q: Does the car have AC?A: No, and it gets hot as heck in there too, especially in FL.
Q: Do you have a clean title in hand?A: Sure do
Q: Would you financeme?A: Sorry, not interested in financing anyone.
Q: Are you open to trades or partial trades?A: I would be open to a 360 Ferrari or a Lambo/Exotic kit with cash on top. But that'sit.
Q: Does the car leak fluid?A: Surprisinglyno. Almost all cars this old leak a little bit, but nope, Shes rock solid.
Q: Do you pics of the underside?A: Not aside from the one posted. Underside could use a cleaning, but its not hiding any issues per say. Q: How are the brakes?A: They are fine. Stops as it should, no squeaking.
Q: If you were to keep the car what repairs would you do?A: Probably front shocks. Not sure if they need to be replaced or if the rubber bushings just need to be changed. Worse case senario $300-400 bucks. Other than that, I've spent 25k in the last 18 months with the intention of keeping her forever so there isn't much that can be done that I haven't already done. Also the paint is an 8 of 10. From 6 feet its flawless, but if you want to find a pinhole bubble here or there and a rock chip, you will. Likely I would repaint the car in 3-5 years, but its not really needed unless its going to be a trailer queen.
Q: What about rust?A: No significant rust anywhere. All been cleaned, cut and replaced.
