Ford Fairlane Sunliner 1955 Description
1955 Sunliner. I obtained the car from the second owner who owed the car since 1977. Car had been in a museum over the last 30 years but taken out oftento keep the fluids fresh. Matching number 272 automatic with power steering.
Color is a rare white on red with a black top. Most seen are red over white with white top. Car is straight and very solid with no rust issues at allin very good driver condition. I will add pictures of engine area this weekend.Top is like new andcontinental kitlooks new.If one wanted to put $8000-$12,000 in it they would have a $45,000 pluscar. But car is just fine as is and ready to enjoy. There is a 2 inch crack in passenger side window. So why the low price? I need the money more than I need thecar at this time. My 100 percent feedback speaks for itself. Please come and drive or have someone inspect. Call if serious and I'll work out a deal thatis fair to both of us. Thanks, Danny (704) 490-6076
On Oct-01-16 at 13:55:05 PDT, seller added the following information:I wanted to clarify a few questions I've had. The car does not need $8000 to $12000 worth of work. (And as you know this could be more or less based on doing the work yourself or paying someone and how good of a job you wanted).I was only speaking if you wanted more of a show car. Then I was only talking cosmetics such as paint. Car doesn't "need" painting but I would if I wanted to take it to the next level. Chrome is in great shape and shines. Door handles have some pitting. Again, have itchecked out if you're hesitant. Again, I want us both t be happy, but don't bidif you're not ready to buy, it's not fair to the serious buyer or me. Please call and I'll answer your questions honestly.
