Ford Fairlane 1957 Description
I have a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner retractable hardtop with hard to find options and it is still in its original paint with original dealer emblem on the trunk lid. It has the Continental kit, safety belts, power steering, padded dash, front mount antenna, grille guard on the bumper, two tone paint (willow green & colonial white), it was equipped with the 312 V8 but does NOT have the motor but DOES have the transmission, the original trico wiper motor is still there, the battery box, power steering lines. I have the visor full view mirrors but are not on the car, I have the rear view mirror its laying in the car. Has the original glass, the 2 door windows are cracked and the passenger wing window is broke out.The only thing that I can see missing is the 2 rear window cranks and 1 front headlight bezel other than that I think the car is pretty complete, with all the trim. I have a clear Kansas title. So this car would make a great car for restoration with most all parts there. I have a friend that has a 1956 period correct 312 that is available if needed and he lives very close to me.This will be a HIGH dollar car once restored. This car is worthy of a frame off restoration. 1950's convertibles are bringing $75,000 to over $100,000 these days and they are not making any more of them but I'm sure you already know that.If you would like additionalphoto's or have any questions at all please ask before bidding and I will be happy to answer them and if you would rather call me which would be my preference as it is much easier to answer any questions in detail just message me and I will give you my phone number, thanks! This vehicle is being sold as-is where-is and there is no warranty expressed or implied.
Buyers areencouragedto inspect the car prior to buying.
A $500 dollar deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close and the balance is due within 72 hours and can be made by bank transfer or cash in person.
