1994 Ford Ranger - Parts or Repair

Ford Ranger 1994 Description

This is a low mileage clean body Ford Ranger with some obvious need for attention/reconstruction. Doors tailgate cab corners are all solid. There is one spot of rust as shown that is a hole through on the passenger side rear wheel well. This truck was running and driving great until it rear ended a Jeep Patriot. It has a clean title and is ready for someone to rebuild it and put it back on the road. I removed all damaged parts and here is my estimate of what it will need: Front bumper hood hood hinges radiator core support header panel grill headlights and corner lights and both front fenders as well as a battery and a new serpentine belt. Also the rear passenger side wheel well needs some metal repair. My intent was to repair the rust spot and replace the front end then paint the whole truck. Unfortunately I have too many projects in the works right now so I'm passing this one along. Depending on your skill level and need to be perfect you may be able to use the existing core support as I was able to pull it close to straight with just the use of a ratcheting tie-down strap around a tree. Someone with a little more experience in body repair could probably hammer it back to where it needs to be. The radiator was pushed back into the serpentine belt so I had to cut and remove the belt to remove the radiator.The truck does run and drive right now when a good battery is installed. I have not run it for long periods as I don't want to overheat it with no radiator but it can easily be driven up onto a trailer clutch is good and brakes work as they should. The first two pics show the truck before disassembly and with the factory 14" wheels. Those wheels are now gone and it comes with the 15" wheels from a 1998 Ranger that are on it in the rest of the pictures. Also there is currently no radio installed in the truck.The truck is located at my house in Rochester NY 14617. I do have a truck and trailer and delivery is possible for a price.
