It is powered by a 289 engine with a four barrell carburetor. connected with a C4 automatic transmission. the red paint has a brillant shine. the black interior is nice. the tires new. the brakes drums on all four. the lights work. the gas gauge works. "this is a very good looking driver". VIN 5F07C623241 MILES 9689 reading today and I'm sure you can add anoter 100. 00. TITLE: Clear title in hand with a VIN that matches the car. HISTORY: I bought the car from a car restorer friend that bought it in South Bend. Indiana. HAS THE CAR EVER BEEN IN A WRECK? I see no bends in the frame extention to indicate it. HAS THE CAR GOT RUST? The cowl did not leak when I checked it. the floor bottom has been replaced. I see no rust bubbles in the paint. HOW IS THE ENGINE: Its a good running small block. I think the original. it has a 4 barrell carburetor added and it sounds like a mild cam has been added. I hear no knock. no unwanted rattles and no blue smoke. WHAT IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a C4 automatic that shifts good to me. WHAT ARE THE BRAKES? They are drums on all 4 and stop good to me. The parking brake works. HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? I think it drives good for a early Mustang. no power steering. but it drive easy other than parking. HOW IS THE PAINT? It looks good. I think its candy apple red. No dents. no rust bubbles. it shine good and the car is straight to look down the sides. 2 or 3 very thing dings on top about the size of a quarter. Good looking paint. its just not a $15. 00 paint job. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? The black interior looks good. dash pad is nice. carpet good. seat covers good. but not brand new. DOES THE RADIO WORK? Yes. the original AM radio works. EXTRA SOUNDS: Car has a after market system that makes the sounds of animals and sirens. GAS GAUGE WORKS! SPEEDOMETER WORKS! HEATER BLOWER WORKS! HORN WORKS! WIPERS WORK! DO THE LIGHTS WORK? The headlights work. tail lights work. turn signals work. brake lights work. under dash light works. DO THE GAUGES WORK? The gas gauge work. the oil and temp are in a pod under the dash and work. the tachometer works. HOW IS THE GLASS? Windshield is clear with no cracks. side window good. Windows have the tint film. all is in good condition other than the back that has some wrinkles. How is the rubber weather stripping? Its usable. but some has paint. The litte pieces on the doors have paint. they don't cost much and go on with screws. HOW ARE THE TIRES? They are new 205/75/14 mounted on GT rims. The toe-in was off. I set it with my portable gauge. watch the tires and if they show any wear have a shop align the car. WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Here at my home/garage in Athens. Tennessee 37303.
