Ford F-100 1965 Description
1965 Ford F100, wheel drive, ong wheel base. Engine is a 352 V8 with a two barrel carb, speed manual transmission on the floor. The truck originally came as a 3speed on the column but the previous owner changed that. All the lights are in working order, ll the gauges work with the exception of the fuel guage on the dash, t does need a new sending unit. Light surface rust is visible in various places, owever it is just surface rust, here is no cancer or no holes in the body where rust has eaten through, nd there is no bondo on this vehicle. The tires are fairly new and have approximately 90% + tread left on them and they are made by Michelin . The steering wheel,door mirrors, nd bench seat are not originals from 1965, owever they are in great condition. It does have original paint, eadliner, nd floor mats. The truck runs excellent, here are no major mechanical issues. It does have a manual choke, t does not smoke, nd there are no issues with the running gear.This is a solid dependable truck, he bed is in good condition with the exception of light surface rust. It has the original spare tire carrier in the bed, nd there is also a spare tire underneath the truck. The heater and vents all work, t does not have power steering. Unknown what the original miles are, he odometer reads 01985.7, owever it is a Box C title meaning the actual real miles are unknown. The emergency brake works, nly it has a crack in the plastic handle on the interior. The tailgate opens and closes with no issues, nd the window cranks work/roll good. All the blinkers, rakes, i/low beams work fine. There is a small crack in the front windshield on the drivers side approximately 2" long. Please take a close look at the photos to note the minor dents/creases/blemishes particularly to the tailgate, nd the bed on both sides.
Its a fun truck to drive, nd runs solid. Great truck for running around in and having a good time or an even better truck for someone who is looking to do a full restore.
