Ford Model T 1923 Description
1923 Ford T Bucket Roadster. This complete car front to back is just over 1 year old and has just over 5k miles. To start its a Speedway fiberglass body. Its very thick and very high quality. fiberglass.Paint is a very nice pale light shade of blue that is very nice and shines great. There's literally not a scratch on it. Interior is a black and grey in perfect shape. Has dolphin classicgauges with working gas volt temp and oil pressure gauges. Has speedo but I don't have a cable for it so it doesn't work. Has all working lights and turn signals. Nice custom steering wheel and Lokar shifter. Nice low cut windshield with polished aluminum frame also. Have a buddy that's 6'3 and he rides in this car with no problems. Has an original 23 radiator housing with new radiator and electric fan. Frame is a custom roadster Speedway boxed frame. Has a chrome drop Speedway front axle chrome shocks chrome front leaf spring chrome rear coil springs and much more. Frame and running gear is all painted a high gloss black which includes the frame rear end engine block and heads and underside of car. Has 3 in chrome steel wheels in front with Coker wide white radials and 10in Chrome steel wheels in the rear with wide white Coker radials. Has pointed center caps lug nuts and valve stem caps. Lot of small detail in this car that you just have to see for your self. Motor is a center bolt Vortec 350 from a 95 Caprice now carbed. It is a stock rebuild with rings bearings and gaskets as well as block dipped and more. Trans is a stock smooth shifting 700R4 that doesn't leak or slip. Rear is a 10bolt with a nice cruising gear but unsure what the ratio is. No whinesor roars though. Only real upgrade to motor is the Endurashine Edelbrock chrome 4 barrel intakechrome 4 barrel Edelbrock carb Longtubeheaders and side pipes. and Mallory distributor. Car runs really well. Starts easy and never has run hot. can sit in traffic all day and never get hot. Keeps good oil pressure also. Drives really well and easily keeps up with traffic no matter what type of road your on. Only complaint really would be over 70-80 mph it get s a little rough when you start hitting the bumpy roads.Cant really thing of any other complaint. It needs absolutely nothing but a driver. There's more to the car but that's about all I can think of off the top of my head. I have videos and will answer any questions. You can also call me at 502-803-5767. Im located 20 mins east of Louisville Ky if you want to come see the car prior to bidding. Thanks
