The Classic Car Gallery is proud to offer this excellent 1956 Ford Thunderbird. Built on OCTOBER 6th, 955, n Dearborn, I, he has clearly led A pampered life. The car has had the same owner since 1997 and was restored at that time, hough we do not have the documentation, he restoration is self evident. The TORCH RED paint is excellent with deep shine and great luster; though is does have some minor blemishes as would be expected of a 18 year old paint job. The car has a WHITE colored HARDTOP that’s finished to the same standard as the rest of the car. She is a roadster, nd DOES NOT have a convertible top. The two toned RED/WHITE (code) interior likewise is in excellent condition; clearly restored, he leather is supple and unblemished. The gauges and instruments were restored; they look and perform, s they should. The RED carpets were also replaced and are excellent, he trunk is also carpeted. The 292 CID motor was certainly rebuilt, tarts easily, uns smoothly and has good power. The engine compartment is well detailed. The original FORD-OMATIC TRANSMISSION shifts smoothly. She has POWER STEERING, OWER BRAKES, nd POWER SEAT AND WINDOWS; all of these systems work as they should. The chrome and exterior trim is excellent. The underside of the car shows well. She rides on steel rims with chrome hubcaps, nd RADIAL white wall tires. The suspension is good, nd the car runs straight and true. We represent this car as an above average driver, nd the quality of this car is self-evident; the car often won local shows.
