Ford Falcon 1964 Description
I have for sale a rough and rusty short wheelbase 1964 Ford Econoline Panel Van. I bought it back in November from the estate of a friend's Dad along with a couple of other old vehicles. It was last tagged in 1984. It was last cranked up and driven around the property in the mid 1980's. Actual mileage is unknown. I have a clear Georgia registration in my name for the van. I haven't tried to turn the motor over. but I would assume it's probably stuck from sitting up for almost 30 years. It has a small inline 6 with 3 speed manual on the column. It still has the passenger swing away/removable jump seat. The front brakes were stuck. so I removed the brake shoes and it rolls freely now. There is a lot of rust as shown in the photos. but it is way to complete to part out. The bumpers. radio. antenna. and rh mirror are missing. They had lost the keys as well. The previous owner had stored a lot of oily parts in the back so the rear floor only has a few small holes in it. To me. it is too rough to be restored original but would make an excellent rat rod. Mystery Machine. or even a unique rolling billboard for a business. I carried it to a swap meet back in January and it attracted the most attention of any vehicle I've ever taken there over the last 23 years! The van is sold AS IS - WHERE IS with no warranty as it is a non-running project. I have sold a lot of old vehicles to buyers in title states with a notarized bill-of-sale and the registration in my name and every one has had no problem getting a title (even in Florida). A deposit of $400 is required within 24 hours of auction end with the balance due within 7 days of auction end. I am willing to store the van for up to 30 days from auction end at no charge. The van should be put on a trailer or rollback for delivery to the new owner. I may be able to deliver the van up to 250 miles from Statenville. GA 31648 for $2. 10/loaded mile. If you want an exact shipping cost. email me an exact complete street address and I will calculate it for you. The van is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early if I have the opportunity to sell it. However. if a bid has been placed on the van. I will not sell it locally but let the auction run its course. I have been selling used and NOS parts as well as project vehicles on Ebay since 1999 with a 100% positive feedback rating and I try to describe my items as accurrately as possible. If you would like to see any other pictures or have any questions just send me an email. Thanks For Looking and For Bidding!
