1935 Ford PickupDescription: This truck spent it’s life in Oklahoma. therefore it had very little rust and none of a serious nature. The fenders and running boards are original and made of steel. They are straight and will require minimal restoration. This truck has had the cab restored and in prime and the bed has been replaced with currently available exact replacement parts including the tailgate. The old bed was just too beat up to restore. The cab and box rest on a fully boxed Toyota mid-size pickup truck frame. It has an A-arm front suspension and rear leaf springs. The rear-end gear is Toyota 4:11 ratio with a positive locking mechanism. A reinforced roll bar has been installed inside the rear of the cab. and is welded to the frame. The firewall has been moved to the rear to accommodate a Ford 5. 0 V-8 engine. The radiator is mounted and is a new aluminum three core. including a large electric fan. The front (disc) and (drum) rear brakes including the master are installed and functional. The steering is direct rack and pinion and turns freely from the aluminum racing type steering wheel. The cab floor is included but not yet permanently installed for easier access. The 5. 0 engine is included including a C-4 transmission. the drive shaft and engine mounts are in place.
