Ford Country Sedan Station Wagon 1960 Description
1960 Ford Country Sedan named "Family Tradition" 390 ci 4 barrel rebuilt automatic transmission. Glass pack duel exhaust, lame throwing, amper hauling wagon. This is a very rar, ool Ford. Not many 1960 Fords out there. Their body styling was awesome. This car was bought at Fall Carlisle about 7 years ago. It was original solid condition and all there. Light blue with white top. We brought it home, ot rod primered it, etal flaked the roof and scallops. Looks awesome in the sunlight. Old school pinstriped everything, ash, nside doors and body. Redid the original seats in silver and black.New carpet and head liner. Radio in glove box plays Hank, aylon and Cash. Bed linered the spare tire sump for the ice and cold drinks. Baskets hold the bottles for the bar. Gave it cobra treatment under the hood with polished carb. New radiator, lectronic ignition and "eat my Flame" flame throwers. Rev it u, old the button and light the exhaust. Car runs, rives and stops great. The car has taken many awards and at times with the 1959 Metzendorf Camper behind it many have said that it is the coolest combo at Car Shows/ Cruise nights. People can't stop taking pics. This auction is for car only but Camper is for sale also. This is a very cool driver I would love to keep but I am on to bigger builds. Thank you for looking and Happy Bidding.
