LOWERED START PRICE** Be ready for the race of Gentleman this fall. For sale 1928 Ford Model A Roadster. This car needs the brakes rebuilt. headlamps completed/wired. generator converted to 12V or alternator. shocks rebuilt. and rumble floor but it runs and drives. Running 4 banger engine with rebuilt transmission. New windshield frame/glass. dash sheet metal. brookville doors/rumble decklid. rebuilt starter. distributor conversion. new fuel lines/caps. brand new 12V battery. Frame is in excellent shape and recently painted. Body is in patina but can easily patched in rear quarters to be ready for a simple paint job appropriate for the beach. New wood and a seat was fabricated to get you started. There are not many roadsters left and this one could be used as is. convert to an AV8 roadster or put the original Henry body on your roller and sell the original rolling chassis and still come out ahead. Most of the hard work is complete. This car also is running on new rubber and has truck tires in the back. Set of original model A tires/wheels will be sold with vehicle. This car is for sale locally and we reserve the right to cancel auction early. This car will be sold with a bill of sale only.
