Dodge Coronet 1965 Description
Super solid and straight 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 2 Door Hardtop. Lifelong rust free southern Colorado car. Original EE1 paint code Dark Blue with one repaint sometime in the late 80s. The seats were also redone in the 80s before there was correct upholstery available but are in good condition. Engine appears to be the original 318 Poly Wide Block and runs fantastic, no smoke, no noises. Automatic transmission shifts smoothly and car drives and stops really nice. Effortless power steering with manual drum brakes. All the exterior trim is in excellent condition and is original to the car. Nice glass and all the lights work as they should including reverse lights, newer dual exhaust. If you have been looking for an original 65 Coronet 500 to restore or drive as is, this is the most solid one you will find. No rust anywhere on this car, factory undercoat car. Clear Colorado Title, Fender Tag, Original Owner's Manual and most likely a build sheet or two is still somewhere in the car. I can help assist in setting up very affordable shipping of car to new owner through a local transport company if desired. This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION! Please email or call for more info or questions. I have many more photos as well. (719)289-8648, Todd. Thanks for looking and good luck!On May-02-16 at 12:33:41 PDT, seller added the following information:Also, the chrome trim pieces (4) for the bucket seat backs are the trunk and are very nice, not pitted. There is an extra set of taillight bezels as well. And the exhaust is newer Single, not Dual exhaust. Sorry for the mistake, too many cars!
