1970 DODGE BARRACUDA "CUDA"Southern U.S. Car that has been off the road for approx 15 years. It was purchased by a collector and added to his stash. But he has decided to finally part with some of his collection. This car has surface rust on it but is the farm. floors ect are all super solid and would make an excellent candidate for a restoration. The redesign for the 1970 Barracuda removed all its previous commonalitywith the Valiant. The original fastback design was deleted from the line and the Barracuda now consisted of coupe and convertible models. The all-new model, tyled by john E Herlitz, as built on a shorter, ider version of Chrysler's existing B platform, alled the E-Body.Sharing this platform was the newly launched Dodge Challenger; however no sheet metal interchanged between the two cars, nd the Challenger, t 110 inches (2,800mm), ad a wheelbase that was 2 inches (51mm) longer than the Barracuda.
