Dodge Dakota 1989 Description
I'm listing this for my older brother Mike. He has a history of buying unique vehicles. He restores, has fun with, and sells them (usually at a loss). Here is what he wanted me to say about this very unique truck:
This truck has been described as "one of one". A factory stock 3.9 V6 engine and drive train. Someone went to great detail and cost to incorporate a SHELBY interior and exterior appearance profile. I purchased this truck in Florida, a full inspection followed. All required repairs and maintenance were completed and I drove it home to Michigan. Further improvements were made. You will note this is listed with a "rebuilt" title according to Ebay Motor's policy, but make no mistake, it comes with an absolute clear/clean Michigan title.
It is not a show truck, however it has won awards at some car shows. Basically, it is a fun vehicle performing key functions as a utility, top -down cruising, and/or car show player. It has electric windows, electric locks, air conditioning. Current odometer reading is 73,828.
In summary, it is a very solid unit with excellent driveability that is ready to accept any adventure that is presented. Not long ago, this truck was for sale at a dealership for $12,900. Significant improvements have been made to this truck since that time. If you have any questions, please call me (Mike) at (269) 986-5327.
I have the truck listed locally as well and reserve the right to end the auction early.
