My apologies to all watchers local sale fell through- please read my payment terms as they differ from what ebay autofill will allow must be paid voa cash or paypal within 24hrs of end of auction- I will not end this auction early unless car is actually sold and paid- While I am happy to converse with interested parties please have some respect for my time in general as well as the huge number of hours I put into resurrecting this car- This car was/is a labor of love project. When I bought it I looked at it liked it made an appropriate offer and had it shipped home- took me a day and cost $2000 to get home in barely running condition- 1981 Dodge Aries se- Very presentable car built 10/80 with numerous options: se decor package. lighting group. 2. 6 motor. cruise control. air conditioning. carpeted trunk. tilt wheel am/fm radio- southern car so no rear defrost. I have done since last fall: complete timing chain/balance shaft chain- valves adjusted- valve cover gasket- oil pan gasket- fuel filter-oil pan gasket- flushed cooling system- new lower radiator hose- trans fluid. filter & gasket- new distributor. wires and spark plugs- vacuum lines sorted and repaired- new brake master cylinder & front brake pads- replaced windshield wiper bushings- all new motor mounts- oil just changed- All 4 new Uniroyal tiger paw tires. This car is mostly original and has normal wear from 30+ yrs of use not a museam piece at all but more intact than most early K cars were in 1985. Passenger front fender has been resprayed and there has been some repair to lower rear passenger quarter- there a small dings etc. - Floors and trunk are solid with only surface scale underneath- In its time the power steering pump and alternator have been replaced and the muffler is non stock- interior shows normal wear on driver's side of bench but otherwise clean with good headliner- will cruise 75-80 mph on the highway so it runs good- more of a curiosity than a cool daily car tho - for those folks who like old Iaccoca era Mopar like I do- please feel free to call email or text me- I'd like to see it go to a loving home.
