Dodge Other Pickups 1953 Description

Continued from "Condition Description" above: The input shaft seal on the steering box leaks. There is an air leak in the fuel system which makes starting cranking the first time each day longer than necessary. This engine will cold start without starting aid down to about 0 degrees F. The engine and transmission were new when I installed them in 2000. The diesel was factory equipped with a hydraulic pump which I have used for the power steering and snowplow. The PTO driven hydraulic system operates the winch and there is a hook up for portable equipment at the rear. I used this to operate a wood splitter. Both systems share a tank in the orange tool box.The tires are Toyo 385-70-16, 39".
