Chevrolet C-10 1966 Description

This is a solid truck that needs very little to get it ready to hit the car shows next summer, r tune it up and enjoy it as is. It has a Holley "Double Pumper" four-barrel carb, n Edelbrock intake manifold and air filter, nd Weiand valve covers. It also has a fairly new battery. It comes with lots of extras - listed below.
It runs, ut needs work done on the carburetor. Therefore you won't be able to drive it home, ut it can make it up onto a trailer on its own power. The frame is nice and solid, s the picture shows. It has lots of hard to come by original pieces like the radio and the chevrolet nameplate on the glove compartment.
The body is straight and the door shut nice and tight. As you can see in the pictures, here is some rust to repair, ut all the body parts and repair panels you'd need are available from LMCtrucks.com and very reasonably priced.
The original manual three speed has been replaced with a B&M automatic, o anyone can drive and enjoy this classic!
This truck also has the wooden bed, lthough the wood will need to be replaced. Wood kits are available from LMC as well.
It has lots of extra parts that are still new and in their original packaging, ncluding:- window felts (set)- hood to cowl seal- windshield molding- rear window molding- door weatherstrips (set)- cab weatherstrip set- cab mounting bushings- replacement carpet (may not be specific for this truck, ight need fitted)
It also has some extra used parts- rally wheels- chrome grille- driveshaft- extra set of bowtie taillights and housings- another set of red lens that seem to be glass (red)- a Kenwood cd player- a braided steel hose cover set- an extra rear window- a billet-looking rearview mirror- and some fuzzy dice!(and more miscellaneous small stuff)
And now for all the legal stuff! I have a clear title in my name in hand and ready to go. This truck is also for sale locally, o I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. This is a cool old truck and I wish I could keep it, ut I need to make room before the snow flies.
If you have any questions, lease don't hesitate to ask!
Additional glove compartment find today! I also have an original 1966 owners manual that is in very, ery good condition! I'd say it is an 8 or 9 out of 10 (see picture). Very cool old piece of auto lit. Also - there was a question about the length of the bed. It is an 8' bed... that's 2 extra feet at no extra charge! Thanks for looking!
