Chevrolet Impala 1964 Description
Up for sale is a very clean 1964 Chevy bel air 4 door (same as Impala)that has undergone a decent restoration 6or7 years ago,and has a ton of new parts recently added which include the following.Paint is pretty decent there are a few bubbles at bottom of doors starting to pop nothing major, not show quality but definitely shines and looks good, interior has all been redone including seats, carpet, door panels, only needs headliner,it's not sagging but original to car and should be changed or just ride with it like I do,there is absolutely no rust on any of the floors, body panels, ect.,undercarriage is solid and has just had the following done,,all new control arm bushings, idler arm, pitman arm inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower ball joints, slave cylinder, power steering control valve, all new u joints, mid shaft bearing, all new drum brakes up front, new break hoses, have all receipts and everything is under warranty over $1000 worth of parts done less than month ago.Now onto the drivetrain,,it has a stock remanufactured 350 Chevy with around 8,500 miles on it with a brand new rebuilt 350 turbo tranny also have receipts, has new radiator, hoses, water pump, starter, battery, have jet coated headers bolted to it with 2.5" exhaust ran out right in front of back tires sounds amazing, engine bay has been painted with por 15 paint and it nice and clean.Tires have good tread and are mounted to chrome baby moon rims.Car runs and shifts great and is a lot of fun to cruise in,gets a ton of thumbs up and waves Every time I drive it,.The only thing it will need is a new ignition switch ($50) because intermittent it won't start you have to jump cylinoid on starter probably will be fixed before sale, and a rear brake light harness ($130)brake lights work now but guy I bought it from rigged it,haven't got around to it yet,And haven't had it aligned yet after all the front end work I did.,Other than that car needs nothing but a driver, have well over $12,000 invested I know I'll never get that out of it but not giving it away either,it's really an awesome ride, will make great low rider, rat rod or cruiser.Im relisting this car due to fact that front end was shot and didn't want to sell it like that.
