1987 El Camino very clean and a wonderful driver. Many upgrades -new complete cowl induction hood kit Auto Metal Direct w/correct air cleaner and seals, ront "SS" spoiler, original Chevrolet "SS wheels-15" with recent tires-Pirelli P4, riginal spare and tools in holder. The car is equipped with factory HD suspension with front and rear sway bars, ew hd shocks at front and new Delco load support (air) shocks in rear. New: modine radiator-HD, ne wire 120 amp alternator, mall form gear reduction starter, EI distributor 50KV coil w/msd wires and iridium plugs, oroso high volume water pump, ngine was replaced with a Chevrolet crate unit, .7/350 350-R HD in June of 2014, ncluded with engine is a air gap intake and Holley 600 street carburetor w/electric choke. Approximate mileage on engine is 15,150. has had Mobil 1 since install w/2 quart filter. Transmission is a 200R4 upgraded with Alto clutches, ardened shafts and performance shift kit w/new B&M lock up converter (manual control kit ecm delete). The complete exhaust replaced with new manifolds, -pipe, alker quiet power mufflers and stainless tips-2 1/2" front to rear. Front and rear brakes overhauled w/master cylinder. rear axle ratio is 3.08 open, ll bearings and seals replaced-synthetic oil fill. The interior is original no cracks in dash or steering wheel, eadliner replaced w/gm parts, actory full gauges-tac, il pressure etc. original am/fm radio, ilt wheel, W, DL, /C service and upgraded to R134A-blows cold. Carpet needs to be replaced due to normal foot wear at pedals. Seats are clean w/no tears, ll glass is free of cracks or checks. The exterior paint is dull, started buff and looks to be ok, f you want it perfect it needs a repaint, ne (1) parking lot ding at left rear near tailgate--pop a dent said $50. I believe I am the third owner, o rust anywhere. 20 mpg highway and about 18 in town--just depends how you drive. OEM books go with it-includes factory owners manual and factory service manual. It stays in the garage most of the time and 115,000 is correct!
