67 Base Model Longbed Original 283 with new carb, alternator, starter, plugs, wires and battery Runs strong, will still do a burnout thru two gears Original 3 speed on column, new clutch Original wheels, sandblasted and powdered. New Coker whitewalls Manual brakes, new master cylinder and hoses Manual steering No AC, roll the windows down and enjoy the fresh air, or open the vents and watch the pine needles fly out New fuel tank and sender Original seat recovered in rich corinthian vinyl All gauges and lights work except reverse lights. New tail light lenses New dash, headlight and tail light wiring harnesses Cab floor is solid, no rust around drip rails inside No radio, the sound of the American made V8 is all the music you will ever need Bed has rust on sides and tailgate mounting area Fenders have rust at bottom New rear bumper and brackets New carpet New 3 and 4 inch lowering springs Fancy pinstriping Heat doesn't work, defroster vents and hoses missing. Needs control thingy to make it work. Interior is painted darker blue, don't know why, looks like it was done a long time ago. Door panels had crappy blue upholstrey on them, chucked that crap in the garbage. Barn find from South Georgia, plenty of pine needles stuck in every corner, lots of mud dobber nests underneath It's a cool old beater, drive it and don't worry about dings, run over garbage cans, do donuts in parking lots and have fun. Tires could use a re-balance, gets a little shaky around 65mph. Guys who mounted tires must have missed Balance 101 class at tire college None of the rust holes are big enough to throw a cat thru Reserve is low, and my dogs love riding in it with their fat heads out the window. If a dog likes the truck, that's all you need to know.
