You are bidding on a Frame Off Restored 1961 Chevrolet Impala 2 Door Sport Coupe Bubble Top. A Chevy 348 Cubic Inch V8 Motor with a McLeod 5 Speed/Overdrive Transmission and Stock Rear End. Painted Roman Red with Red Vinyl Interior. This 61 Impala has been featured in a Magazine article that details all the work that was performed making this Beauty into the Showpiece it is today. The Interior has been completely restored with new Red Vinyl Upholstery. Dash is Stock and uncut with stock Gauge Panel and Gauges. All Lights, Signals and Wipers are in working order. Steering column and Steering Wheel are Stock. Carpets are Red. Additional Gauges are mounted below Dash and include Oil Pressure and Water Temperature. 5 Speed Shifter is on Floor. Overall the interior is in Excellent restored condition.

Exterior and Miscellaneous:

The body is Straight, all body panels solid with no rust issues. Exterior Chrome and Aluminum Trim is all Bright and Straight. Undercarriage is clean and solid with minimal surface rust. Engine Compartment shows off 348 Engine with 3 X 2 Barrel Carbs. All inner sheet metal is nicely painted. Stock Wheels painted to match Exterior dress of the corners. This is a Very Clean 1961 Impala Bubble Top. Ready to Drive and Show. Showpiece with Awards.
